Mr. Keith Han is a Partner and Head of the Restructuring & Insolvency practice at Oon & Bazul LLP, one of Singapore’s leading independent, conflict‑free commercial law firms. Keith leads the firm’s restructuring and insolvency practice, advising clients on complex commercial dispute resolution, cross‑border restructuring and insolvency matters, fraud and asset recovery, and related enforcement proceedings. He regularly appears as lead counsel at all levels of the Singapore Courts, including the Court of Appeal, and also represents clients in international arbitration and other high‑stakes litigation.

Mr. Keith’s practice spans advising insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, distressed companies, multinational corporations and high‑net‑worth individuals. He has acted on high‑profile matters, including recognition and enforcement proceedings under the UNCITRAL Model Law on Cross‑Border Insolvency, high court restructuring and moratorium proceedings, and complex asset recovery and fraud litigation.

He is a Fellow of INSOL International, having graduated with Honours from INSOL’s Global Insolvency Practice course, and is a founding executive committee member of the Young Insolvency Practitioners’ Committee of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Singapore (IPAS). Keith is also a founding committee member of FIRE Starters, which is a global community of fraud, insolvency, recovery and enforcement practitioners, and serves on the Supreme Court Insolvency and Restructuring Court Users’ Committee.

Before joining Oon & Bazul, Keith spent seven years in the dispute resolution department of a UK magic circle firm in Singapore and began his legal career as a Justices’ Law Clerk and an Assistant Registrar at the Supreme Court of Singapore. He frequently speaks at industry conferences and contributes to thought leadership in restructuring and insolvency.

Mr. Keith graduated from the National University of Singapore with First Class Honours and has been consistently recognised by leading legal publications and industry rankings for his expertise and advocacy, including in Global Restructuring Review, Chambers Asia‑Pacific, Legal 500 Asia Pacific, International Financial Law Review, and The Straits Times Singapore’s Top‑Rated Lawyers list.
