Kader currently heads SWAMIH Investment Fund, a Government-sponsored fund established to provide last-mile completion finance to stressed residential real estate projects across India. The Fund, with corpus of Rs. 15,000 cr (US$1.7Bn), is a first-of-its-kind, large-scale social impact platform, operating across complex special situations and distressed asset scenarios.

Kader has close to 2 decades of rich work experience in various facets of real estate alternative investments, strategic advisory and investment banking. He has been previously associated with ICICI Venture, Morgan Stanley and Brookfield Group.
